1. Eligibility & Client Requirements

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to engage our services.
• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• We reserve the right to verify submitted information and request supporting documentation.

2. Services Provided

Raven Residency & Citizenship Consultants, in partnership with RIF Trust, provides:

• Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program consultation and application assistance.
• Residency by Investment (RBI) program guidance and support.
• Due diligence and eligibility assessment services.
• Document preparation and application submission assistance.
• Ongoing support throughout the immigration process.

Important: We act as immigration consultants providing guidance and assistance. We do not guarantee approval of any CBI or RBI application, as final decisions rest with the respective government authorities and immigration departments.

3. Client Obligations

• Meet all program requirements and investment thresholds.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Disclose any criminal history or ongoing legal proceedings.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

4. Investment Programs

• Programs have varying thresholds by jurisdiction and investment option.
• Amounts and fees are subject to change by authorities.
• Current requirements disclosed during consultation.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

• Initial consultation and eligibility assessment may be provided at no charge.
• Professional service fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before engagement.
• Government fees, due diligence costs, and third-party expenses are separate from our consulting fees.
• Payment schedules and refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

• Client information treated with strict confidentiality.
• Data processed in accordance with applicable laws.
• Information shared with authorized partners and authorities as required.
• Appropriate security measures implemented.
• Data retained only as long as necessary.

7. Compliance

• Comprehensive due diligence screening required.
• Full cooperation with government authorities.
• Right to decline service for non-compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Not responsible for government decisions or processing times.
• Government policy changes beyond our control.
• Not liable for investment losses or client financial decisions.
• Liability limited to professional service fees paid.

9. Partnership with RIF Trust

Our partnership with RIF Trust enhances our service delivery through their global network and expertise. RIF Trust operates under their own terms and conditions, and clients may be required to agree to additional terms when engaging their services directly.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website belong to Raven Residency & Citizenship Consultants or our licensors.
• Program information and government requirements are sourced from official authorities and remain subject to their respective terms.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share our proprietary materials without written consent.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with appropriate notice. Termination terms, including fee obligations and document return, will be specified in individual service agreements.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless otherwise specified in individual service agreements.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms as necessary. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
